Responsibilities
Youngblood Automation is looking to find an industry experienced individual in Automation looking to drive growth and manage a significant portion of our vast product and solutions business as Product Manager.
As Product Manager you will be expected to maintain a strong knowledge of products and industry applications. You should have the experience and understanding of the requirements of selling to various customer types from end users to OEM’s and experience in automation application sales and to assist in support of those customers. You will be managing the portfolio of products and the Manufacturers we have commercial arrangements with, assuring Youngblood Automation's ability to provide adequate product and application coverage and solutions that meet the needs of our customers. As Product Manager, you will also play a fundamental role in identifying gaps in product or application capability and presenting continuous improvement strategies to address these needs. You will also work with our sales team assisting them in calling on customers to secure new business. Coordinate pricing strategy, sales and market planning and forecasting, as well as planning new business growth opportunities through the company’s Strategic Business Plan. Youngblood Automation prides itself in providing application knowledge and automation expertise to our customers, as such, this role requires the Product Manager to provide training to our inside sales personnel on products and applications.
